Bookings

Please choose the length and time of your slot, and pay the full amount right away to secure your booking. Please read the Terms and Conditions for our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

We also require a £100 security deposit for all bookings which will be refunded after your stay, conditional on cleaning as required and no missing items (this is included in your initial payment and refunds of deposits will be initiated within 48 hours of your booking and then due to the processing time in our payment system can take up to 5-7 days to arrive in your account from initiation). Bookings are possible online up to 48 hours before you booking time. For last minute bookings please email us.

Professionals who want to book last minute and for one hour booking requests (pros only) please email us.

Pricing

2hr to 5hr: £50 per hour

DISCOUNTS FOR BOOKINGS OVER 5 HOURS:

6th hour: £30 per hour

7th hour to 12th hour: £20 per hour

OVERNIGHT BOOKINGS:

9pm-9am: £250

7pm-9am: £280

Longer hours are available on request.

DISCOUNTS FOR REGULAR PROFESSIONALS:

If you are a trusted regular professional who uses the space, we offer a coupon code to waiver the security deposit. We also offer one hour slots, last minutes bookings and direct calendar access for regulars, on the agreement you do a proper clean after your bookings. Please contact us if you are interested.

DISCOUNTS FOR MARGINALISED FOLKS:

If you identify as marginalised in terms of sexuality, gender, race, ability, class then we offer a coupon code for 10% discount off all bookings. We operate this on a trust basis and ask people to be honest if this is not for you - your honesty allows us to keep this discount in place for people who need it. Coupon code: WELOVEYOU
