Terms and Conditions of Booking

  1. Please be aware and respectful with regards to others using the space, and the local neighbourhood. Use your common sense with regards to discretion and cleanliness, for the safety of others and the sustainability of Amanita Studio.

  2. Leave the space as you found it: Put things back (cleaned) where you found them or in the designated container (we will clean and sterilise). Clean up/disinfect areas of use. Cleaning instructions are in the space (We will also disinfect between every session: please see cleaning protocol in FAQ’s for more info).

  3. You accept all liability for any injuries or fatalities occurring whilst in the space.

  4. Please be respectful of the neighbours. Do not arrive, leave or loiter outside in any kind of fetish wear or state of undress. It is very important we remain discreet and not draw attention or cause upset to the local community.

  5. Do not loiter outside at all, if you are waiting to be let in please walk around the area.

  6. Please be discreet and brief on entering/exiting the space. When you enter the building through the shutter door and the teal coloured door, there’s a small porch area. Close both doors behind you before opening the soundproofed white door into the space. Keep all doors shut when you’re inside.

  7. Do not talk about the space or the session or anything BDSM related until you are inside and all doors are closed.

  8. Please keep noise to a moderate level. The space is soundproofed so noise can be made within reason, but we are on a residential street so care and consideration must be given for our neighbours’ sake and for the safety and sustainability of the space. No yelling, screaming or sustained loud noise. 

  9. Booking fees advertised are for up to 3 people. If you are more than 3 people then add to the booking using the ‘ADD ON’ option. A maximum of 6 people are allowed in the space. No parties.

  10. Please arrive all together and if you are not arriving all together please inform your Amanita contact on arrival who can advise on protocol. Whoever receives the induction is responsible for communicating to any guests who follow. 

  11. If you will be using the space regularly, let us know.

  12. If you are having an induction, please be aware this could take up to 10 minutes, or more if you have questions re equipment use. This is necessary, and included in your booking time.

  13. We do not allow for the following messy play due to smell/clean-up: wax, food, HS, smoking. 

  14. Any damage, missing items or excessive mess (including messy play mentioned above) will mean you will not be refunded the £100 security deposit.

  15. Strictly no open flame in the space, including candles, incense, smoking.

  16. You will pay the full amount for the room hire, plus the £100 refundable security deposit.

  17. Please arrive on time, and let your Amanita contact know ASAP if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be a £30 late fee, which will increase to £50 after 30 minutes as the crew member letting you in will need to wait for you. The money will be deducted from your deposit and go directly to them for their time and change of plans. Your booking will finish at the original time.

  18. You accept the Cancellation and Rescheduling terms:

Cancellation policy: 

  • Up to 1 week before hire date: Security deposit returned, full hire fees are non-refundable. 

  • 1 - 4 weeks before hire date: Security deposit returned, 50% hire fee refunded. 

  • More than 4 weeks before hire date: Security deposit and room hire fees fully refunded.

Rescheduling policy: 

  • Up to 1 week before hire date: Full hire fees retained (requirement to pay again in full). Security deposit transferred to new date. 

  • 1 - 2 weeks before hire date: £30 admin fee. Security deposit and room hire fees retained and transferred to a new date. 

  • 2+ weeks before hire date: No admin fee or extra costs. Security deposit and room hire fees retained and transferred to the new date.
